Stanford 10 test results March of 2012
RCCA administers the Stanford 10 test to students in the 1st through 8th grade. This is a national normed test which provides information to the school and parents on student achievement in Reading, Mathematics, Language skills, Spelling, Science, and Social Studies. We administered the test in March and received the results back in April. Overall we were very happy with the results. On average RCCA students scored above average in all areas tested. The average score for students in an average school would result in a score of 50%. This would mean on average, students would score better than 50 out of 100 students. The average scores for students at RCCA were as follows:
Reading: 78.5%
Mathematics: 71.2%
Language: 78.1%
Spelling: 74.6%
Science: 73.0%
Social Studies: 67.5%
Total Battery: 74.8%
Students at RCCA on average scored 18% to 29% above average in the academic areas tested. The total average score was 24.8% above average. We are confident that our students are receiving a quality academic education and the Stanford Test provides confirmation.
